Sitting in bed with a hot, strong mug of tea and a small box of Laduree macarons, I watch the snow tumble from bright, dove-soft skies, and remark how its gentle rest renders even my unkempt garden beautiful.
We all have those moments of grace where the heavens conspire to deliver a slice of life too good to ignore. This blog is a receptacle for mine. Expect random (in every sense) observations, miraculous mundanities, and crimes against fashion; if it tickles me, I'll post it, as and when, no pressure.

Ah, so you DO have snow in April in jolly old England.
Goodness Gracious Puss! You finally are taking a respite!
Oh, how I wish I could taste those macrons-they look so GOOD.
I hope you enjoyed this quiet pleasure, I know if I was I, it would have been thoroughly enjoyed.
April snow is beautiful.
Even we in Syracuse MAY be done with snow (though it has snowed in mid May here). I love macaroons and tea.
It all sounds dreamy. Glad to know you've rested.
Coincidentally, yesterday I went to a café and bought the very same Laduree macaroons. An unusual find in East Berlin.
They were irresistible.

Do the different colours have different flavours?
